D. No bond shall be required of any Executor or Trustee
appointed as above provided or if any bond is .required by law, '
no surety on such bond shall be required. .
E. Any reference in this Will tp Executor means the
Executor or Executors for the time being in office, or the
Administrator or Administrators with the Will annexed for the .
time being in office.
F.- Any reference in this Will to Trustee shall be deemed
to include not only the original Trustee but also any successive
Trustee, and all powers and discretions vested in said Trustee
shall be vested in and exercisable by any successive Trustee. ~
G. All powers and discretions .vested in my Executor and
Trustee, or any successor Executor and Trustee hereunder, shall
be exercised in a fiduciary capacity.
ARTICLE XII
If on the date of my death, any of my children, whether
natural or adopted, are under the age of twenty-one (21) years,
then Z request that THE BROWARD NATIONAL BANK OF FORT LAUDERDALE,
_ Fort Lauderdale, Florida, be appointed-guardian of the property
of each of my minor children, it to have the complete and

exclusive management of their respective estates; and I appoint -
my sister, ALTA W. STUMPF, of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, as guardian

E of their persons, said person to have exclusive control of
their custody, care and education. I direct that no bond
or other security shall be required of either of the above -
parties in any jurisdiction for the faithful performance of
their respective duties as guardian.
