shall extend to and include the plural number, and all words
herein used in the plural number shall extend to and include
the singular number, when the context or facts require it.
All words herein used in any gender shall extend to and include
all genders and any pronoun shall be taken to refer to the

person or persons intended, regardless of number or gender.
