NOTICE IS GIVEN that a suit was instituted in the
Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie County, Florida, on the
8th day of May, 1980, by the above-named Plaintiff against
the .above-named Defendants, seeking to foreclose the mortgage
on the following described property lying and being in St.
Lucie County, Florida, to-wit:
Beginning at the SW corner of the NW 1/4 of the NE 1/4
of Section 30, Township 35 South, Range 40 East, run
North 439 feet along the centerline of McNeill Road to
the point of beginning; thence run East 235-feet; thence
North 305 feet; thence West 25 feet; thence South 105
feet; thence West 210 feet to the center of McNeill
Road; thence South 200 feet to the point of beginning;
~ less the right-of-way for McNeill Road.
