Sever and the Motion for Leave to take Deposition of Norman Ray
Dean, filed by defendant/third-party plaintiff, ROBERT T. WILLIAMS,

as personal representative of the Estate of Elizabeth Imelda
Williams, Deceased, on April 29, 1980, and the Court having examined
the Court file, having heard argument of counsel and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is thereupon
