THIS CAUSE coming on to be heard upon the written Motion of
W . R . SCOTT, Attorney and Counselor at Law, to this Court for an Order
allowing him to Intervene in the above styled proceeding, and it appears
'I that there is no opposition to said Intervention, and the form of said Motion
' is agreeable to the rules of this Court and after careful consideration given
to the testimony at the hearing of this Motion and a careful weighing of the
