OF HUSBAND'S ANSWER TO PETITION ~
FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE {
The Husband, by and through his undersigned attorney, hereby
enters this Stipulation on -the grounds that the issues of controversy
therein contained have been settled by a Property Settlement Agreement
signed by both parties. The Husband agrees-that the matter should
proceed on an. uncontested basis to Final Judgment of Dissolution of
Marriage on the basis of said Property Settlement Agreement. The
Husband waives notice of the final hearing in this cause and agrees
~ to bear his respective costs and attorney's fees.
