This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May, 19 80
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines~• This Court has jurisdiction of the parties.
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties;_and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1.~ DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the a~:o~e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them-are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of MELBIS CORNELL WALKER, age 11, born
born December 22 1969
May 23, 1968, and SANTINA A. WALKER, age 10, , ,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
CARLOTTA MAE WALKER.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as•may be

proper.
4. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to~be divided.
