DANIEL LEE McKELIVER, Husband. DISSOLUTION OF MAFRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May - , 19 80,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and~that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved, it

is thereupon

ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: T~~e marriage between the al:o~e
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of TERRY LAMAR McKELIVER, age 14, born
January 20, 1966; BERHETHA ANN McItELIVER, age 16, born December 11, 1963;
~ and TOMMY LEE McKELIVER, age 17, born-June 14, 1962,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner,
JEFFIE McKELIVER with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to
Respondent, DANIEL LEE McKELIVER.
3. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause; and the parties ~
hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.

4. The above named parties both .agree that there is no personal or real

property to be divided.
