KILPATRICK, Husband FINAL JUDGfiMfiNT DISSOLUTION OF MABBIAGfi This cause came on for trial this 8th day of May, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the sub- 3eat matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now ex- ista betwee~l the parties; and that the marriage betwesn the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between-LfiTHA KIL- PATRICK, Wife, and JAMES E. KILPATRICK, Husband, be and the same is here- . by dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. RESTORATION OF NAME. LETHA KILPATRICK be and she is hereby authorized to assume her forcer name of LETHA LAKE, sad to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. - - 3.
