THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearinq, and the Court having
given full consideration to: the pleadings and to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; that the parties do not own real property and do
not own personal property jointly; that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between WILLIAM
JOSEPH DIXON and DORIS MAE DIXON, be, and the same is hereby ordered
~ dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties and each of them are hereby

f forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
f` them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties, be, and are

hereby enjoined and restrained from interfer' i h, abusing,
assaulting, ha ing, threaten' or otherwise bothering one r
