FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE THIS CAUSE having come on for trial the day of ,1980 and the Court having given full con- siderat on to all the evidence, finds and determines: That s . this Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED. as follows: t f~ ' 1. .DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MICHELE HAUGHIE and JOHN HAUGHIE be and the same is hereby € dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing ~ between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of the minor child, JOHN GEORGE HAUGHIE, born February 2,1978 is awarded to the Wife with- f reasonable visitation rights reserved to the Husband. Further the Wife will not leave the State of Florida with the child ` for a eriod of more th n s' € p a ixty days nor will she establish residence more than two hundred miles from the City of Fort E Pierce, Florida without further leave of Court or mutual ~ ~ agreement of the parties in writing and filed in this cause. 3.
