regarding the division of joint property and all items of
joint property of the parties has been amicably divided.
4. HEALTH INSURANCE FOR MINOR CHILD OF THE PARTIES: The
Husband, during the minority of the minor child of the parties
shall provide adequate health insurance for the minor child
JOHN GEORGE HAUGHIE with a deductible of not more than $100.00
The Husband shall provide evidence to the Wife that said
health insurance coverage is in effect.
5. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby F

enjoined and restrained from interfering, harrassing or f
annoying the other.
6. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further 4
orders as may be proper.
