This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit: that the relation of husband and
wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE : Tt:e marriage between the a::ove
named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties
and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony
I' heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising

therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custody of JAMES E. STEVENS, IV, age 7, born
} February 9, 1973, _
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,
~ PEGGIE L. STEVENS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to
Petitioner, JAMES E. STEVENS, III.
3. JURISDICTION; Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties
~ hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be
proper.
4. The above named parties both agree that there is no personal or real
property to be divided.
