FINAL JUDGMENT
' DISSOLUTION OF~MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May, 1980
and the Court having given full consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction
of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BRENDA
ARANAHA and FRANKLIN ARANAHA be and the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from
the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from
the obligations arising therefrom.
~I~ 2. PROPERTY. That the Wife is hereby awarded a special
equity in the Husband's interest in the real property described
'j as follows:
Lots 10 and 14, Block H, HARMONY HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION,
~ according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat
Book 8, Page 24, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida. Situate and lying in St. Lucie
' County, Florida.
The Husband is hereby ordered to execute a Quit-Claim
Deed transferring the ownership of the above described property
to the Wife.
3. FEES AND COSTS. The Court determines the sum of
F $ to be reasonable for the Wife's attorney for her
services herein and FRANKLIN ARANAHA is ordered to pay said
