LUCIE COUNTY, FLORIDA CIVIL ACTION CASE N0. 80-440 FR IN RE: The Marriage of ) ANNA JO WALDRON, Wife, ) FINAL JUDGMENT AND ) DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE JONATHAN WALDRON, Husband ) This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May, 1980, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit;. that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY: Custody of JONATHAN WALDRON, age 2, born May 17, 1977, and JASON WALDRON, age 1, born March 19, 1979, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent, JONATHAN WALDRON, with reasonable rights of visitation reserved to Petitioner. 3. RESTORATION OF NAME: ANNA JO WALDRON be and she is hereby ~ authorized to assume her former name of ANNA JO SPARKS and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. 4. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause, and~:the parties hereto, is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper. S.
