FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTIOA~OF MARRIAGE -

THIS CAUSE, having come on for trial on the 8th day of May,
1980, upon the pleadings filed herein and the Court having given full
consideration to all the evidence and observed the demeanor and physical
condition of the witnesses, finds and determines:. This Court has
jurisdiction of the parties and the subject matter of this suit; that
the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that `
the parties are now living separate and apart; and that the marriage
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between PATTY FLEWELLING, Wife,
and HOWARD FLEWELLING, Husband, be an the same is hereby dissolved,
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the
bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the
obligations arising therefrom.
2. CHANGE OF NAME. The Wife's name shall be, and it is
• hereby, changed to PATTY WINNETT and she shall be known by that name
henceforth.
- 3. PROPERTY. The Wife ownes real property in St. Lucie
County, Florida, in which the Husband has no interest whatever.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
