. FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This action came on for final hearing on May 8, 1980, upon
i
the petition for dissolution of marriage, and a default having been
regularly entered by the clerk of this court upon respondent's
.failure to anwer or otherwise plead, and respondent having been
.personally served process, the court, having heard the testimony of
i
DELSEY LEON PERNA, petitioner, and petitioner's witness, and being `
..fully .advised, finds and•determines: this court has jurisdiction
of the parties and the subject matter of this action; that the res-~
pondent was personally served process on April_3, 1980, and a de-
fault was properly entered by the clerk of this court against the
respondent; that the relation of husband and wife now exists be-
tween the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
- ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: -
1. DEFAULT CONFIRMED. The default judgment previously en-
tered in this action is ratified and confirmed.
2. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between DELSEY ~ -
LEON PERNA and JOSE PERNA be and the same is hereby dissolved, and
the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bond
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
3. PROPERTY. There is no personal or real property to be
divided between the parties.
4. RESTORATION OF NAME. Petitioner's maiden name is res-
tored and she shall be known as DELSEY LEON hereafter.
DONE AND ORDERED at Ft. Pierce, Florida, this 8th day of May, 1980.
