DAVID RAY PERRITT, Husband.
This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May, 19 80, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines:
This Court has jurisdiction of the part;es-and subject natter of this suit; that the ~ ,

relation of husband and wife. now exists between the parties; and that the marriage
between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for-
ev~r freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the

obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY. Custody of TIl~J?IHY BRIAN PERRITT, age 11, born September 8,
1968, and TAMh1Y MARIE PERRITT, age 9, born April 6, 1971,
minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, PAIRICIA Ala1 PERRITT,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, DAVID RAY PERRITT.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing thel6th day of May 19 80,
~ DAVID RAY PERRITT shall pay to PATRICIA ANN PERRITT

4. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties hereto is
