MILDRED VARNES HARMON, Wife FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for hearing this date and the Court having given--full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED-AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between JAMES F. HARMON and MILDRED VARNES HARMON be and the same is hereby dissolved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between i them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY. The Antenuptial Agreement dated May 7, 1979., admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by • ` reference and the parties are hereby ordered to comply with the provisions thereof . There is no property of the parties outside of the Antenuptiel_Agreement requiring further order of this court. 3. RESTORATION OF NAME. MILDRED VARNES HARMON be and she is hereby authorized to assume her former name of MILDRED VARNES and to use the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened. Eq _ a~331 ~~E 29U
