This cause name on for trial the 8th day of May,, 1980, and the
Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and
determines: This Court has jurisdiction over the parties and sub~eat i
matter of this suit; ,that. the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irre-
trievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between PAULA D. SMITH, .
Wife, and JAMES C. SMITH, JR., Husband, be and the same is hereby dissloved
and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds
of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obligations
arising therefrom.
2. RESTORATION OF NAME. PAULA D.~SMITH be and she is hereby
authorized to assume her former .name of PAULA D. HAHBISON and to use the
same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
3. PRO+._ There i~' no real or personal property to be div-

ided between the parties.
4. MINOR CHILDREN. There are no minor children born as issue
~ of this marriage.
5. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause, and the parties

hereto is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper..
