FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the day of ,
1980, and the Court having given full cons eration to a t e
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdicti of
the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation
of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should
be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between JAMES
J. McCANN and LUCILLE R. McCANN be and the same is hereby dis-
solved and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. PROPERTY: The Court has been advised that there is

no jointly held property of the parties to be adjudicated by
C this Court.

3. RESTORATION OF NAME: LUCILLE R. McCANN be-and she
is hereby authorized. to assume her former name of LUCILLE R.
TREBBE and to use/the same in all respects as if said marriage
had not intervened.
