' OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE

THIS CASUE, having come on before this Court upon
the Wife's Petition for Dissolution of Marriage, and the parties
having stipulated and agreed that the cause shall proceed
is
thereon and the Court having heard the testimony, finds as
follows: •
(1) The Wife, ARLENE VOTING, has been a resident of
the State of Florida for more than six (6) months prior to
i
the filing of the Petition herein.
''i (2) The marriage of the parties is irretrievably
I _ ~
~ broken.
(3) The parties have entered into a stipulation
•
~ pertaining to custody of the minor children, child support,
visitation rights of the Husband, medical surgical and
hospital insurance for the benefits of the minor children of
the parties, or its equivalent, in other matters pertaining to
their mutaul duties and obligations to themselves and the minor
children. }
(4) The Court hereby approves the Stipulation and
~ ::Agreement of the parties dated April 1, 1980, and incorporates

herein, any and all other provisions not specifically and expressl

j indicated herein to the same extent as if they were set forth
in full.
i7HEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
(1) The marriage between FREDERICK JOHN VOTING, JR., i
and ARLENE VOTING, to be the same is Hereby dissolved, ana the
