parties and each of them are hereby freed from the bonds of
matrimony heretofore existing between and from the obligations
arising therefrom. !

(2) The Wife, ARLENE VOTINO, is hereby given exclusive
care, custody and control of the minor children born of this

marriage, to wit: FREDERICK J. VOTINO, III, and SUMMER RENEE ~
VOTINO. The Husband shall have the right to reasonable visita-

tion with the said monor children..
(3) The Husband, FREDERICK JOHN VOTINO, JR., shall
!i pay the sum of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) each month,. on or

before the 10th day thereof, commencing on May 10, 1980.

(4) The Wife is hereby given exclusive possession

surgical and hospital insurance for the minor children. Wife,

''..insurance or to replace Wife's insurance, should she not retain

some due to a change of employment.- Husband shall pay any and all

including eyeglasses and similar that. any existing medical
coverage does not cover.
(6) The Husband shall pay to the Wife, the sum of
One Dollar ($1.00) per month as alimony. ~
(7) The remaining provisions of the Stipulation of ~

the parties which have been filed of record in this cause is
