DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE IEWIS WAT1~R, Husband . ` This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May 19 80, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject patter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the parriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The parriage between the above named persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby for- ever freed from the bonds of matrimony -heretofore existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. 2. CUSTODY. Custody of JEADIIa:'i1E WALKER, age 10, born Deceu~ber 31~, 1969, I and IAUIS WALKER, age 8, born May 21, 1971, minor (child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Petitioner, BERTHA WALKER, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to Respondent, ZFWIS WAI~R. i 3.
