A hearing was held in the above styled matter on April 29,
1980 on the Defendant PRUDENTIAL PROPERTY & CASUALTY INSURANCE
i COMPANY's Motion for Equitable Distribution and the Plaintiffs
FRED C. THOMAS and NIIRMA THOMAS'S Motion to Tax Costs. The Court
having heard argument of counsel and being unable to determine
exactly what the net proceeds of the settlement to the Plaintiffs
will be, enters an Order as follows:
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the attorney for th

Plaintiffs shall prepare within ten (10) days of the date of this
hearing a closing statement including a breakdown of all• charges
and costs against the $15,000.00 verdict which was entered by jury
in~this matter; and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the attorney for the Plaintiffs
shall prepare and serve upon attorneys for the Defendants a more
complete Motion to Tax Costs indicating the date of each expendi-
ture listed in his Motion to Tax Costs.
