Although the Court finds that some of the other Motions to Strike certain paragraphs of Florida Farm Bureau's Answer and Affirmative Defenses may be well taken, the remaining Motions to Strike are denied at this time and will be recon- sidered at pre-trial conference. 3. The Court withholds ruling with. regard to the Motion to Dismiss the Cross-Claim for Declaratory Relief at this time so that Plaintiff and Defendant may present memorandum on this y;_. point and thereafter call it up for hearing. 4. Plaintiff's counsel advised the Court as he had previously advised defense counsel that he may agree with counsel for the individual Defendants to have judgment entered against them for a certain amount leaving the only remaining issues to be litigated, those of coverage on the part of Florida Farm Bureau and/or bad faith actions on the part of FLORIDA FARM BUREAU CASUALTY INSURANCE.
