• This cause, having. come on to be heard before me
on April 28, 1980, upon Motion of N.. Richard Schopp, to
withdraw as counsel for the Defendant, TREASURE COAST BUILDERS,
.INC., and this Court having heard those matters presented to it,
and being otherwise fully advised in the premised, it is upon
consideration
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the firm of N. Richard Schopp, Esquire, be
and is hereby relieved from further representation of the
Defendant, TREASURE COAST BUILDERS, INC.
' 2. All further-pleadings upon Defendant, TREASURE
COAST BUILDERS, INC., shall be upon TREASURE COAST BUILDERS, INC.
