EMMIT KELLEY, for a continuance and the court having heard the
arguments of the Defendant and of the counsel for Plaintiff and
• being otherwise fully advised in the premises it is hereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the above styled cause having
been previously scheduled for non-jury trial on April 2, 1980,
it is hereby continued in order to allow the Defendant sufficient
time to obtain legal services of an attorney to represent him
in this cause.
