at page 541 of the public records of St. Lucie County,

constituting 202 acres, more or less; ~
TOGETHER WITH that certain easement for drainage and irrigation
by and between Germany Hammock Groves, a general partnership",
and Grantor, dated January 3, 1980, recorded in O. R. Book
323 at page 484 of the public records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
