St, Lucie County, Florida over, upon, and through the system of drainage and irrigation ditches constructed, or to be constructed, by Grantee upon its lands to the South which abut Germany Canal and which lands _ have all heretofore been conveyed-by the Grantor to Grantee, or to Grantee's predecessor in title, Germany Hammock Groves, a general partnership.
