The goods, fixtures, equipment and appliances covered by this Financing Statement: All machinery, apparatus, equipment, fittings, fixtures, furniture and furnishings and articles of personal property of every kind and nature whatsoever now or hereafter located in, upon or under said property or any part thereof in- eluding, but not limited to the following: All heating, air- conditioning, freeezing, lighting, laundry, incinerating, and power equipment; engines; pipes; pumps; tanks; motors; conduits; switch- boards; plumbing, lifting, cleaning, fire prevention, fire ex- tinguishing, refrigerating, ventilating and communications ap- paratus; boilers; ranges; furnaces; oil burners or units thereof; appliances; air-cooling and air-conditioning apparatus; awnings; screens; storm doors and windows; stoves; refrigerators; attached cabinets; partitions; ducts and compressors; rugs and carpets; ~ draperies; furniture and furnishings in commercial, institutional and industrial buildings; abstracts of title; together with all j building materials and equipment to be installed therein, ~ _ ~ t which the debtor and secured party agree shall constitute realty and be a part of the freehold, now or hereafter located in or on said premises, including all re- newals, additions, replacements and/or accessions thereto. _ This U.C.C. Financing Statement also encumbers all patents, trade- marks, trade-Hanes and trade processes used by the debtor in con- j neCtion with the premises described on Exhibit "A" and the good i will of any business conducted by debtor on said premises. Afore- closure of this indebtedness (or voluntary conveyance in lieu of ~ foreclosure) shall include foreclosure and/or transfer of all of debtor's right, title and interest in all of the foregoing items of intangible property.
