Parcel being known as part of Lot 8 and 9, in Block 2, Sec-
tion 26, Township 36 South, Range 40 East, as shown on map
of "ST. LUCIE GARDENS SUBDIVISION", as recorded in Plat Book
1, page 35, of the public records of St. Lucie County, FloridA.
Starting at a point being 510' Southeasterly, of the intersec-
tion of the Westerly line of Lot 8; as described above and the
Westerly right-of-way line of State Road US fl and extending
thence;
1. Continuing Southeasterly along the Westerly right-of-way
line of US 01, a distance of 250' to a point, thence;
2. Northwesterly along a line being at right angles to the
Westerly line of Lot 9, a distance of 352.37' to apoint in said f
line of Lot 9, thence;
3. Northeasterly along the said Westerly line of Lot 9, a dis-
tance of 221.51' to apoint, thence;
4. Southeasterly along a line being at right angles to the West-
erly line of Lots 8 and 9, and parallel with the 2nd. course above,
a distance of 236.46' to apoint and place of beginning.
Where property is the same as described in plat of suvey prepared
by Price Engineering Company, dated February 7, 1978, under Project
No . 78-025 .
