FINAL JUDGMENT "
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May, 1980,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence,
finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties
and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and
Wife now exists between the. parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It
is thereupon
ORDERED AND-ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTIONi OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between DON
EDWARD NEIMAN and PATRICIA MARLENE NEIMAN be and the same is hereby
~ dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed
from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom.
2. CUSTODY: Custod of THOMAS CARL NEIMAN, ROBERT
Y
PENNY NEIMAN and ALLEN TERRANCE NEIMAN, the minor children of the
parties is hereby awarded to the Wife, PATRICIA MARLENE NEIMAN,
with reasonable visitation rights reserved to DON EDWARD NEIMAN.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 1st day of June, 1980,
DON EDWARD NEIMAN shall pay to PATRICIA MARLENE NEIMAN, the sum
of $330.00 each and every month, for the support of the children
~ named above, said sum to continue until such dates as mentioned in
the Settlement Agreement herein, and shall change subject to-the
said Settlement Agreement.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to PATRICIA MARLENE NEIMAN. In addition
