FINAL JUDGMENT OF
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
THIS CAUSE coming on for Final Hearing and the Court having
given full consideration to the pleadings and to all the evidence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject
matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists
between the parties; that the parties do not own real property and do
not own personal property jointly; that the marriage between the parties
is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows:

1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between MARY
FRANCES PRESTON and MOSE PRESTON, be, and the same ~is hereby ordered
t
dissolved, a vinculo, and the parties, and each of them, are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between
them and from the obligations arising therefrom. - "
2. RESTRAINING ORDER: Each of the parties is hereby en-
joined and restrained from interfering with, harrassing or annoying
the other, and the several Sheriffs of the State of Florida and
their authorized Deputies are ordered to enforce this Restraining
Order without further Order of this Court. ~
3. CHILD CUSTODY AND SUPPORT; Permanent and primary
custody of the minor child of the parties together with child support
in the amount set forth hereinbelow, be, and is hereby ordered awarded
