dental, medical, hospital and orthodontical expenses. Each child
support payment shall be made by cashier's check, cash or money
order to the Clerk of this Court and shall be promptly remitted. In
addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk.
5. RETENTION OF JURISDICTION: That jurisdiction of this
cause and of the parties hereto is retained for the purpose of entering

such Orders, Judgments and Process as this Court deems proper.
