visitation rights reserved to the Husband.
4. CHILD SUPPORT. Commencing the _~L~ day of May,
1980, the Husband shall pay to the Wife as care and support of the

minor children above-named the~sum of $20.00 per week per child,
being the total sum of $60.00 per week; said sum to continue weekly
until each child reaches the age of eighteen (18) years, becomes
self-supporting, marries or dies, whichever occurs first, whereupon
the payments shall be reduced proportionately. _
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court
and by him remitted promptly to PHYLLIS CAROL REED, the Wife. In
addition, there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as statutory
costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments _

shall be made in cash, money order, cashiers check or other certified
funds. Both of the parties are ordered to keep the Clerk of this
Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all times ~
while this Order is in effect.

5. REMOVAL OF CHILDREN. Neither party shall remove,
initiate, aid or encourage the removal of the minor children, or any
of them, beyond the boundaries of the State of Florida without first
obtaining the written permission of the other party or the Court. ;
6. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause and the
parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as
may be proper.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
this day of May, 1980.
