This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May, -

19 80, and the Court having given full-consideration to all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the
parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties i~ irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
_1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE The marriage between the above named
persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of
them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
-
existing between them and-from the obligations arising therefrom.

r 2. CUSTODY: Custody of TAMMY S. NOLCOMB, age 8, born June 22,
1971, DAVID D. HOLCOMB, age 6, born April 4, 1973, and one unborn child,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to Respondent,
ZOLLINE L. HOLCOMB, with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to Petitioner, DAVID WAYNE HOLCOMB.
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 16th day of May , 1980 ,
DAVID WAYNE HOLCOMB shall pay to ZOLLINE L. HOLCOMB
the sum of $100.00 per week for the support of the child(ren)
named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
by him remitted promptly to ZOLLINE L. HOLCOMB.

In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as
statutory costs Co be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All
