This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May, 19 80 ,
and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and de-
terrines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this
suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and
that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken, and should be - -
dissolved. It is thereupon
t ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between the above named persons
be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby
forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and
from the obligations arising therefrom. .
2. CUSTODY. Custody of MARCI F[JSSELL, age 9, born June S, 1970, and
MARK F[JSSELL, age 6, bons August 12, 1973,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded'to Petitioner, OOI~II~TIE A. FUSSELL,
with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to Respondent, MARCUS H. F[JSSELL.
3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 16th day of May, 1980, Respondent MARCUS H. FUSSELL,
shall pay to Petitioner, COMMIE A. FUSSELL, the sum of S 100.00
per week for the support of the child(ren) named above.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him re- -
witted promptly to OODIIIIE A. FIJSSELL, 375 Camelot Drive, Port St. Lucie, FL 33452.
In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of 62.00 as statutory costs to be
added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be made in cash,
- money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep-the
Clerk of this Court advised of their mailing and residence addresses at all
times while this order is in effect.
