FINAL JUDGMENT OF DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for hearing this date and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband ~ and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BLANCHE f ~ ~ M. HAMILTON and SAMUEL T. HAMILTON, JR. be and the same is ~ J hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them~are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing 4 t +i between them and from the obligations arising therefrom. j i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of SAMUEL T. HAMILTONi, III and MARK ~ r ~ ~ S. HAMILTON, minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to ~ BLANCHE M. HAMILTON with reasonable visitation rights reserved ~ ~i to SAMUEL T.~HAMILTON, JR. 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 1st day of April, 1980, SAMUEL ~ r; ii T. HAMILTON, JR. shall pay to BLANCHE M. HAMILTON the sum of $500.00 each and every month for the support of the children g named above. _ ii Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and i+ by him remitted promptly to BLANCHE M.
