This cause came on for trial the 8th day of May,
1980 , and the Court having given full consideration to-all the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the

parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband
and wife now exists between the parties; and that the marriage between
the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is
thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: _
1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between the above named
persons be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of

them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY: Custody of PATRICK McGUIRE, age 5, born May 6,
E 1974,
minor child(ren) of the parties, is hereby awarded to petitioner,
CONNIE G. McGUIRE with reasonable visitation rights
reserved to Respondent, LARRY McGUIRE.-
3. SUPPORT: Commencing the 16th day of May 19 80,
LARRY McGUIRE shall pay to CONNIE G. McGUIRE
the sum of $ 100.00 per month for the support of the child(ren)
named above, plus medical and dental expenses.
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and '
by him remitted promptly to CONNIE G. McGUIRE.

3 In addition there is hereby assessed the sum of $2.00 as
statutory costs to be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All ~
