KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, Whereas, WASHINGTON REAL ESTATE, INC. , and
Donald Willems and Joan C. Willems, his wife,
by indenture of Mortgage bearing date the 14th day of August A.D.. 1976 ,and recorded
in the office of the perk of the grcuit Court in and for the County of $t. LUCie
State of Florida, in 0. R. book 282 Page 2231 , granted and conveyed unto FIRST FEDERAL
SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE and assigns, the premises therein particularly described,
. to secure the payment of the sum of FOUR HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND AND NO/100

with interest as therein mentioned,
the-said mortgage having been amended by Amendment To Mortgage dated September 25, 1978
and recorded in O.R. Book 295, page 2148, public records of St. Lucie County, Florida:
AND WHEREAS the said Washington Real Estate, Inc., and Donald Willems .and Joan C.
Willems, his wife, '
. requested the-said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT PIERCE to release the prem-
ises hereinaher described, being part of said mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said Mortgage.
NOW, THEREFORE, KNOW YE, That the said FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION OF FORT
PIERCE, as well in consideration of the premises as the sum one ddlar and other good and valuable consideration
dollars, to it in hand paid by the said
Washington Real Estate, Inc., and Donald Willems and Joan C. Willems, his wife
at the time of the execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, does remise, release, quit claim,
exonerate and discharge from the lien and operation of said mortgage unto the said
Washington Real Estate, Inc., and Donald Willems and Joan C.Willems, his wife
their heirs and assigns, all that piece, parcel or tract of Iand, being a part of the premises conveyed by said mortgage,
to-wit:
Lot 3, Block D, SANDALWOOD ESTATES SUBDIVISION, according to the
plat thereof on file in Plat Book 20, page 5, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.

and assigns forever, freed, exonerated and discharged of and from the lein of said mortgage, and every part there-
