THIS.CAUSB having comae on for hearing on the petition of the DEPARZMENT
OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE SffitVICES for child support and the Court having found
that said Petitioner .is a proper party by virtue of an assisnment of rights to
child support signed by the party having custody of the dependent child(ren) and
all parties having received proper notice, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Petition for Child Support shall be and
it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that coanencing on /nq y /S ~ 1980,
the responsible parent WILLIE J. WILLIAMS t_wh0 is tt~e father ,
of the minor child(ren), to-wit: STAN FIORANTINO WILLIAMS, d.o.b. 11-29-71
shall pay to the Clerk of this Court the sum of $ 50.00 per wont each and ~ _
every month , plus $2.00 statutory fee, until the arrears of $757.00 are uaid
in full All payeents s all be made in cash,
money or er or cashiers c ec -l money orders and cashiers checks shall bear the
payees name and Social Security I~usber and shall be made payable to the CLERK OF THE
CIRCUIT COURT, and sent to:
Clerk of the Circuit Court
Support Department

- Fort Pierce, Florida 33450.
Said amount shall be remitted wonthly by the Clerk to the Department of Health and
Rehabilitative Services, Child Support Enforcement Unit, 1317 Winewood Boulevard,
Tallahassee, Florida, 32304. It is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGID that the Clerk of the Circuit Court shall and (s)he
is hereby ordered to continue to transmit support payaents received from the Respondent
to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services until further order of this
Court to the contrary or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Payments from the Department
of Health and Rehabilitative Services, in ~rhich event the support payaents shall there-
after be directed and payable to the person having custody of the child(ren).
