ORDER
THIS CAUSE was heard on. April 21, 1980, upon the Motion for
Enforcement and Contempt previsouly filed herein by the Petitioner, and the
Respondent having been present in open court in person, and the Petitioner
having been present in open court in person and represented by counsel, and
the Court having heard all of the testimony of the parties and being fully
advised in the premises,~it is therefor
ADJUDGID that the Respondent, EUGENE TAI.MADGE YOUNG, is guilty
of willful contempt of this Court for failure to pay child support payments
in the amount of $2112.00, amount due as of February 13, 1980, and he is
ad3udged in contempt of this Court and it is

j ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent, EUGENE TAIIKADGE YOUNG,
shall and he is hereby ordered to pay $50.00 per month toward the arrearage
of $2112.00, and it is further
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Respondent's payments shall be reviewed
by this Court in 3 months from the date of this order and if the Respondent is
current on his $50.00 per month payments said payments shall continue until the
arrearage is fully paid. However, if the Respondent is not current on the $50.00
° per month payments then the Court shall call the Respondent before it and sentence
him.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
