STIPULATED FINAL JUDGMENT
This Stipulated Final Judgment entered into by and between
the parties, individually, and their respective counsel, and, based
upon said Stipulated Final Judgment, it is stipulated as follows:
The Court finds and determines, based upon stipulations,
that
1. Plaintiff, CHRISTINA JO GARDNER, individually, and as ~
Assignor and natural guardian of AMY ELIZABETH MILLER; Date of Birth
August 27, 1975, and Assignee, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILITATIVE
SERVICES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA, Plaintiffs herein, and Defendant,
~ JOSEPH G. MILLER, represent all parties necessary to these proceedings.
I 2. All parties are represented by counsel and have author-
ity to bind themselves hereunder.
3. Plaintiff, CHRISTINA JO GARDNER, has previously deposed
Defendant on issues under this cause and there has been complete dis-
covery and/or disclosure of all material facts, including finances,
by and between the parties or their counsel.
4. Plaintiff, CHRISTINA JO GARDNER, was, on August 27,
1975, delivered of a female child which is in law deemed and held to
be illegitimate. CHRISTINA JO GARDNER being an unmarried female.
Based upon the following findings, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant, JOSEPH G. MILLER, is
the father of AMY ELIZABETH MILLER, .Date of Birth, August 27, 1975,
the illegitimate child of the Plaintiff, CHRISTINA JO GARDNER.
