HomeMy WebLinkAbout0409 ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Defendant shall pay Plaintiff,
as natural guardian of the minor child, the following sums for the
care, support and maintenance of the illegitimate child: The sum of
$125.00 per month, plus an additional $25.00 per month toward hos-
pitalization and/or medical insurance for the benefit of the minor
child, all such specified and liquidated benefits shall be payable
until the minor child-reaches the age of 18 years or becomes emanci-
pated, whichever first occurs. The first payment to be made on or
before the ~D ~ day of , 1980 , and to continue there-
after until the child's 18th birthday, adoption, marriage, death, or
further order of the Court, provided that, in the event the natural'
mother receives benefits from the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REHABILI-
TATIVE SERVICES OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA for the minor child, this
Judgment shall not be subject to modification until after three (3)
years from the date hereof.
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant shall make payment
to Assignee, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND RE~ILITATIVE SERVICES OF THE
