ORDER GRANTING MOTION TO TAX COSTS
THIS CAUSE was heard on May 8, 1980, on the Motion to Tax Costs
of the Plaintiff, and the court having heard testimony and argument of counsel,
it is thereupon
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Motion to Tax Costs of the Plaintiff
shall be and it is hereby granted; it is further
ORDERID AND ADJUDGED that the Defendant, ABRAHAM BELL, shall pay
$187.14 as costs in the above-styled case. Said $187.14 shall be made payable
to Osborne Walker O'Quinn, Esquire, and said payment shall be made by-the
Defendant on or before ~ ~ , 1980.
DONE AND ORDERED at Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, on this
8th day of May, 1980.
