FINAL JUDGMENT IN ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard on May 9, 1980 upon the
Petition for Adoption filed in this cause, the consent of the
natural mother of the female infant, the report of the investiga-
tion and recommendation of the Department of Health and Re-
habilitative Services, Social and Economic Services filed herein,
-and the Default heretofore entered against the natural father of
~the_female infant, and it appea-ring to the Court that proper notice
of the hearing had been given to the Department bf Health and
Rehabilitative Services .of the State of Florida and that the
Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child
sought to be adopted, and that the best interest of the child will

be promoted by the adoption and that the child is suitable for
adoption by the Petitioners, James H. Hawkins and Mary Elaine
Hawkins, husband and wife, and being otherwise fully advised in

.the premises, it is therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGSD as follows:
1. The minor child named in the Petition is declared
to be the legal child of JAMES H. HAWKINS and MARY ELAINE HAWKINS,
his wife, and is given the name of KELLEY ELAINE HAWKINS by which
name she shall hereafter be known.
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of the
