NATHAN BURTON FITZGERALD
FINAL JUDGMENT IN ADOPTION
This cause came on to be heard on May 9, 1980 upon the
Petition_for Adoption filed in this cause, the consent of the
natural mother of the male infant, the report of the investigation
and recommendation of the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
Services, Social and Economic Services filed herein, and it
appearing to the Court that proper notice of the hearing had been
given to the Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services of
the State of Florida and that the Petitioners are fit and proper
persons to adopt the minor child sought to be adopted, and that
the best interest of the child will be promoted by the adoption
and that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners,

James Joseph Fitzgerald and Annie Pease Fitzgerald, husband and
wife, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
~ therefore
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The minor child named in the Petition is declared
to be the legal child of JAMES JOSEPH FITZGERALD and ANNIE PEASE
FITZGERALD, his wife, and is given the name of NATHAN BURTON
FITZGERALD by which name he shall hereafter be known.
2. This child shall be the child and legal heir of the
Petitioners, JAMES JOSEPH FITZGERALD and ANNIE PEASE FITZGERALD,
- his wife, entitled to all the rights and privileges, and subject
