The decedent, MARY LBB SMITH, a/k/a MARY L. SMITH, a resident of St; Lucie County, Florida, died on September 23, 1979, and Letters of Administration were issued to Petitioner on October 9, 1979. 2. Petitioner files herewith a Final Accounting containing a complete report of all receipts and disbursements since the commencement of administration of this estate. 3. Petitioner has fully administered this estate by making payment, settlement, or other disposition of all claims and debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for the payment of all taxes and expenses of adminis- tration. 4. The amount of compensation either paid or to be paid to the personal representatives, attorney, accounts, appraisers or other agents employed by the personal representative is set forth in tho Final Accounting attached hereto. ~ 5. Petitioner has filed all required estate tag returns with the Internal Revenue Service and with the Department of Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this estates obligations for both federal and Florida estate taxes, if any. 6. Petitioner has made or proposes to make distribution of the assets of this estate as set forth in the Final Accounting. 7. 1'he only person, other than Petitioner, having an interest in this proceeding and her respective address is: i RffidA MAB LUCAS ~ 3102 Avenue Q ; Ft.
