IN THE MATTER OF THE ADOPTION `
OF:
MALADY MARIE PLYMPTON
FINAL JUDGMENT OF ADOPTION
THIS CAUSE coming on before me this 9th day of May,
1980, upon the Petition filed by the Petitioners, JEANETTE
O. PLYMPTON and her husband, HERBERT L. PLYMPTON, and it
appearing to the Court that the State of Florida Department
of Health and Rehabilitative Services has filed its report, `
that the Petitioners are the paternal grandparents of the

child sought to be adopted, and the Court having considered '
i
the consent executed by the natural father, and the Court
previously having entered an Order on January 4, 1980 deter-
mining that the minor child, MALADY MARIE PLYMPTON, has been
in the care and custody of the Petitioners since said child
was nine months old and that a previous Order had removed ,
her from the custody of the natural mother, SHERRY WEEKS,
a/k/a SHERRY LASCO, and the Court having found that the
~ natural mother had abandoned said minor child and had excused
i the Petitioners from furnishing a written consent and the
Cour finding that all efforts had been made to give notice
~ ~ of the final hearing to all parties, including the natural
' mother by advertising the final hearing in the newspaper, and
the Court further finding that this adoption is for the best E
interest of the minor child, and the Court being otherwise
fully advised in the premises, finds:
(1) That the Petitioners, JEANETTE O. PLYMPTON and her
~ husband, HERBERT L. PLYMPTON, are fit and proper persons to
adopt the child named in the Petition, and that the best
interest of the said child will be promoted by such adoption. ~

I (2) That the said child is suitable for adoption by ~
the said Petitioners.
(3) That the Petitioners, JEANETTE O. PLYMPTON and her
